You need to change your outlook on life and make it better for yourself, and to do that, just do whatever makes you happy. Stop chatting up women on dating apps and websites and do somrthing with yourself. Work out, find a new hobby, get a job, go to school for a degree, get a pet dog or cat, etc. Then you will start to feel more happy and confident with yourself over time, which will change how other people percieve you, and it makes interacting with other people, especially women, much easier. I stopped trying to force myself to find a girlfriend, picked up a hobby, worked out a bit and got a promotion at my job. 2 months later I met my current gf at a grocery store in the paper towel aisle.
